Awful

The company mailed the wrong color gloves, then sent a response in broken English. Now it has been weeks; I still have the wrong gloves, and no one has responded to my last. 3 emails. Awful. Do these gloves look “dark brown” to you?

Smooth soft and supple leather, feels worth more than the price listed. Bought them at a sale as well. Have not tried them out in winter weather yet though as its still summer. 5 stars so far.
