Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with the daily operations of the store.
• Guide customers to the right shoe model and size for them, provide expert knowledge about our products, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Create a welcoming shopping environment by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring products are well-presented and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working in a solution-oriented way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
