Excellent quality and value for money. I usually choose 44 (UK 10) but for this last they were a bit too big so I changed to 43.5 (UK 9.5) which instead are quite tight. I hope they'll loosen a bit after breaking them in.

The black boots are beautiful and I really like the last. The size is standard for the width and length, but I find the room above the feet to be quite small. Also, the quarter area is limited as when the boots are fully laced, too much of the tongue can be seen. The boots take some wearing to break in. There are some glue marks left on the boots. Price wise, I think the boots are a little bit on the expensive side, but I like them.

Email communication with staff was sufficiently effective when there was hiccup in delivery, with a turn around time of 1-2 days excluding the weekends.

Excellent quality, very well made. The soles are a little bit stiff so I use extra insoles. Very beautiful, I love that they look military and dressed at the same time.

Been wearing them now for 2 months, so far no issues whatsoever apart from a minor breaking-in issue with my fat left foot. They are very well made and for the price I consider them a steal. They are very solid and confortable boots, you can feel the quality of the construction/materials and the overall sturdiness when wearing them.
The customer service was very helpful and they were able to ship a new pair via UPS after a delay issue with DHL.
I'm considering buying a pair of Chelsea boots from them in the near future.
I strongly recommend this brand, well done and keep up the good work.
