Returns & Exchanges

Orders placed between the 28th of November and December 23rd can be exchanged until the 7th of January.

Items can be exchanged for free within 30 days of delivery, and returned for free within 14 days of delivery. Myrqvist covers all return costs for customers in France.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to:

  • Engraved Products
  • Made-To-Order Products
  • Shoes with signs of wear
  • Items with removed tags

* Please note that the free return policy does not apply for discounted items. For items on sale, a shipping fee of 199 SEK will be deducted from your refunded total to cover the cost of the return shipment.

Care Instructions

  • Use a suede brush to gently remove dirt from the suede. Ensure the sandals dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat.
  • Apply a suede protector spray after cleaning. This will help repel water and prevent stains.
  • Regularly brush the suede to maintain its texture. Always store your sandals in a cool, dry place to preserve their quality.

I bought the Sand suede shoes few weeks ago and I already wore them multiple times being extremely satisfied.

Great quality

As expected the sandals are a very nice quality and look and feel great. Unfortunately, the comfort could be better as I have bruises on both my feet after wearing them once. This could be because they fit too loosely but then again this shouldn’t be the case as I’m wearing my usual Myrqvist size.
