Returns & Exchanges

Orders placed between the 28th of November and December 23rd can be exchanged until the 7th of January.

Items can be exchanged for free within 30 days of delivery, and returned for free within 14 days of delivery. Myrqvist covers all return costs for customers in France.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to:

  • Engraved Products
  • Made-To-Order Products
  • Shoes with signs of wear
  • Items with removed tags

* Please note that the free return policy does not apply for discounted items. For items on sale, a shipping fee of 199 SEK will be deducted from your refunded total to cover the cost of the return shipment.

Concerned about an incorrect fit? Rest assured, our returns are free of charge and stress-free.

For those with other dress shoes, such as Carmina or Crockett & Jones, simply select the same size in Myrqvist or consult our brand comparison chart below. When comparing with athletic shoes from brands like Nike and Adidas, we suggest opting for one size smaller in Myrqvist.
