Production & Sourcing Manager

Myrqvist is currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production & Sourcing Manager. Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production cycle—from sampling to final delivery—ensuring products meet Myrqvist’s standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  
• Manage and develop relationships with factories and suppliers, negotiating timelines, pricing, and quality standards.
  
• Work closely with design and product development teams to bring new products to market.
  
• Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays or quality concerns.
• Travel occasionally to meet with suppliers and oversee production on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, sourcing, or supply chain management—ideally within fashion or footwear.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A genuine interest in shoes and quality materials is highly appreciated.
