Tracking numbers are usually activated within 24–48 hours of your order being dispatched. If your tracking link still shows no results after two days, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll look into it.

Parcels can sometimes experience delays during carrier handovers or customs processing, especially for international shipments. If your order has been in transit for significantly longer than the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with us and we'll help track it down.

We can sometimes update the delivery address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.

Orders shipped within the EU, to the United Kingdom, and to the United States include all applicable taxes and duties — you won't be charged anything extra on delivery. For shipments to other destinations, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes that are the responsibility of the recipient.
