Store Manager (Oslo)

Myrqvist is launching an exciting new retail store and looking for a Store Manager to lead the way.

This is a unique opportunity to build a store from the ground up—hiring a team, setting up operations, and creating an incredible customer experience. If you love retail, leadership, and taking on a challenge, this role is for you.

Some of the things you will do

• Set Up the Store – Oversee everything from layout and merchandising to systems and inventory.
• Hire & Train the Team – Recruit, onboard, and train a strong sales team.
• Drive Sales & Growth – Set goals, implement strategies, and build customer relationships.
• Manage Operations – Handle inventory, scheduling, and daily store activities.
• Marketing & Promotions – Support local outreach, events, and brand awareness efforts.

What we are looking for

• Retail Leadership Experience – Prior experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a retail environment.
• Startup Mindset – Excited to build something new and take ownership of the process.
• Strong People Skills – Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented – Can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
• Sales & Business Minded – Understands sales, KPIs, and customer engagement.
• Someone with a passion for shoes and style.
