Myrqvist is launching an exciting new retail store and looking for a Store Manager to lead the way.
This is a unique opportunity to build a store from the ground up—hiring a team, setting up operations, and creating an incredible customer experience. If you love retail, leadership, and taking on a challenge, this role is for you.
Some of the things you will do
- Set Up the Store – Oversee everything from layout and merchandising to systems and inventory.
- Hire & Train the Team – Recruit, onboard, and train a strong sales team.
- Drive Sales & Growth – Set goals, implement strategies, and build customer relationships.
- Manage Operations – Handle inventory, scheduling, and daily store activities.
- Marketing & Promotions – Support local outreach, events, and brand awareness efforts.
What we are looking for
- Retail Leadership Experience – Prior experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a retail environment.
- Startup Mindset – Excited to build something new and take ownership of the process.
- Strong People Skills – Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
- Sales & Business Minded – Understands sales, KPIs, and customer engagement.
- Someone with a passion for shoes and style.
